Network contract

On January 11, 2025, the British company Zefiro Ltd. and the American company Sats Holdings Fund Llc. concluded a network contractual agreement, aimed at strengthening the collaboration between the two companies, establishing in the contractual merits:

1) that from the aforementioned date, the company Zefiro Ltd. will no longer make any direct investments, focusing only on R&D in terms of corporate investments and making exclusively available the necessary financial sources;

2) the company Sats Holdings Fund Llc. will be responsible for the implementation and management, in the name and on behalf of the company Zefiro Ltd., possibly also on a trust basis, of the aforementioned investments;

3) in particular, the company Sats Holdings Fund Llc. will be responsible for investments in digital assets and blockchains.
